My Story
A Dream Delayed, Not Forgotten
For more than 20 years, I worked in the building-products industry, helping contractors, builders, and homeowners. That experience gave me an understanding of homes beyond what you see from the curb—from repairs and improvements to the real costs and challenges that can come with owning a property.
Over the years, I also saw how quickly life can change. Job loss, divorce, inherited properties, costly repairs, financial hardship, and other unexpected circumstances can leave homeowners facing difficult decisions and unsure where to turn.
I became a mother at 16, and from that moment, providing stability and building a secure future for my family became my priority. I had dreams of investing in real estate, but like many people, life took me in a different direction. I put that dream aside while I raised my family and built my career.
Years later, after becoming a grandmother, I realized it was finally time to pursue the dream I had postponed. I founded Win With Wanda Property Investments, LLC with a simple belief: real estate solutions should begin with listening to the homeowner—not pressuring them into a transaction.
Today, my goal is to provide homeowners with honest information, practical options, and the respect to make the decision that is right for them. Sometimes that may mean selling directly to Win With Wanda. Other times, a different solution—including working with a licensed real estate professional—may make more sense. Either way, I want homeowners to feel heard, informed, and confident about their next step.
